Key Account Manager 

£25,000 – £30,000 per annum DOE + OTE

The Role

As a Key Account Manager your purpose is to develop new business within our targeted client base. By working with internal departments and customer representatives, you will ensure we are offering a first-class service that will lead to repeat business within the clients that you manage.

Your duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Identifying and seizing opportunities that may support business growth.
  • Negotiating successful business outcomes with decision makers.
  • Regular review meetings with L&D departments and operational leads at depots and distribution centres to ensure smooth running of the delivery programmes and identify opportunities for new learners.
  • Cross sell full product range to offer clients a well-rounded service.
  • Provide overview of our offering by delivering presentations to key customer contacts and prospective apprentices
  • Identify and capture case studies to demonstrate excellent learning provision.

Essential Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge.

  • Strong IT Skills
  • Functional Skills Level 2 (or above)
  • Proven experience within a key account or sales role
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
